The proposal is for eight new dwellings - seven apartments in the front block and one detached house at the rear. It features lightwells that deliver natural daylight to the sunken lower level, and a green roof which promotes sustainability, rainwater efficiency and biodiversity. Both features help us mitigate the effects of spatial and regulatory restrictions in London.
