Two residential towers and a podium in the Olympic Village, formerly the site of the 2012 Athletes' Village, provide 2,000 new privately rented apartments and space for shops and restaurants at the base which provide active frontages. Being involved in the inspection process, we have overseen the construction process that features innovative prefabrication and 'jump factory' technology.
